Share the importance of mental wellbeing for children by taking part in our World Mental Health Day Dance Workshop.
This workshop focuses on confidence building by allowing the children to develop and learn new skills. This in turn encourages positive mental and physical wellbeing by getting the children moving and energised. Dancing for fun is a great way to get the children exercising and this has the added benefit of positively impacting their mental health by raising self confidence. This workshop also encourages the children to connect with each other and work together as a team.
Whilst World Mental Health Day is the 10th October 2021, this workshop can be booked throughout the year to support your school timetable and encourage positive mental health.
