We were looking for something special to celebrate the end of our Traditional Tales topic.
I found Dance Days who were perfect from start to finish. The booking process was easy, which is remarkable as we are a 7 form infant school and timetables can be tricky.
They were flexible, approachable and professional. The event itself was more of an experience than a workshop. The Strictly Dance experience was unique, fun and well-suited to the children's needs and the team adapted their program to fit with our topic.
The dancers themselves were fantastic; great with children and extremely talented - we were even treated to an amazing singing performance which left both staff and pupils speechless.

We booked the international dance workshops for our Cultural Awareness Week at school.
We had Darren teach the boys different styles of dance and it was amazing. The best workshops we have ever had.
We will book again next year. It is an outstanding experience and so much fun.
The boys are still dancing at every given opportunity! and staff were blown away at how brilliantly professional and lovely Darren is.

The children had a great time learning to Flamenco dance.
Darren was excellent with the children and they have been inspired to continue dancing in class, asking for Flamenco music to be put on. We have heard lots of 'Ole' being shouted!!
It was lovely to see the boys and the girls equally engaged and enthused.

Darren instructed the children with calm, clear instructions and within 40 minutes the children performed an amazing dragon dance.
They also learnt more about Chinese new year and why dragons are important symbols in China.
Highly recommend, we will certainly be booking again.

Our Indian Dance Workshop was fantastic from start to finish.
Engaging, enjoyable and professional (and a great workout) I can't say how good this was enough!
Every school needs to do this. A great thing to learn and show off to the rest of the school in a class assembly.

I highly recommend Dance Days - we had a Chinese Dance Workshop for Nursery to Year 2 and the teach adapted his approach and the dances for each age group superbly.
He has natural authority and a great presence, and the children really enjoyed the workshops. I was very impressed by what he achieved in the time available and we all loved watching the children shine.
Will definitely be booking Dance Days again.

I sent Dance Days each year groups current topic and they planned dances around that. The teacher was great and the children had a fab time.

This was a fantastic and thoroughly worthwhile experience for the children and staff. The teacher engaged the children throughout the sessions and enabled them all to learn and have fun. He encouraged many of them to shine and come out of their shells. In school we are still talking about the dance days and many children are asking if Dance Days could come into school every week!!
We are already looking forward to his next visit.
